Should you need to request a Return or Exchange, we ask that you take the time to read our Returns Policy below.
We advise customers to check ordered products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging. All items must be in their original sale condition and any items found to be worn, damaged or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.
Please note, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on items with personalisation. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Boarders Apparel Co. accepts domestic exchanges on all items within 30 Days of your order being placed online. Boarders Apparel Co. will not be liable for shipping costs on exchange items.

If you wish to request an exchange online, all you need to do is email our customer service team at hello@boardersapparelco.com.au
You must include these details with your return so that the warehouse team can process the exchange for you.
